The Evolution of Walter White

...and just like that, the best show on TV right now comes to a close. I remember being blown away by the very first episode six years ago, and now, after seeing the finale, I realize what a masterpiece the whole show has become. Walter White is one of the most fascinating characters ever shown on screen, and Brian Cranston's performance is nothing short of a revelation. I wanted to honor him, and the show with my latest Evolution. Thank you BB, for all the great memories!

APE con is coming up!

Hey guys! I'll be selling and signing over at APE con in San Fran Oct 12-13. My good buddy Josh Wysocki and I will be sharing a table, so I hope you'll come by to check out our work. It's my first time at a con as a vendor, so I'm tremendously excited and nervous. See you at APE! :)

The Evolution of Princess Leia

As a companion piece to my Evolution of Luke Skywalker, I've been wanting to do the Evolution of Leia for some time now. Princess Leia is one of the all time legends of sci-fi/fantasy, and I couldn't wait until 2015 to draw her as she looks in Episode 7. I guess I'll just have to add that one later.

30 Day Movie Challenge Day 26: Superhero movie

Who watches the Watchmen? I know the Zack Snyder Watchmen movie has its detractors, but I for one loved his attention to detail bringing my favorite comic book to life. Let's face it, this was as good as a Watchmen movie was ever going to be. Would it have been better had it been a 12 part mini series? Possibly. But for a 3 hour movie, I thought it was a terrific adaptation.
